5. White Chocolate Pretzel Twists

Ingredients:
3 cups unsalted mini pretzel twists or 4 cups short pretzel rods
1 cup white chocolate, chopped
2 tbsp. each red and green sugars or 1/2 cup crushed red and green ‘starlight’ mints

Preparation:
1. Use wax paper to line 2 cookie sheets.
2. Over a pot of simmering water, keep the chopped white chocolate in a metal bowl. Stir the chocolate until it becomes smooth. Don’t let the chocolate get too hot.
3. Remove the bowl from the heat and add the pretzel twists. Coat them nicely with the chocolate.
4. Take 2-3 pretzels and keep them on the cookie sheets. Sprinkle peppermints or sugars on the chocolate when it’s wet. Keep it in the fridge for 5-6 minutes until set.
5. Remove the pretzels from the wax paper and serve them.

6. Oreo Balls

Ingredients:
1 pkg. Oreo cookies
1/2 bag almond bark
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese

Preparation:
1. Mix the Oreo cookies and cream cheese in a food processor.
2. Roll this mixture into small pieces or medium-sized balls.
3. Refrigerate it for an hour.
4. Melt the almond bark in the microwave until it becomes smooth.
5. Now dip the Oreo balls in the almond bark and refrigerate them.
6. Serve chilled.
