3. Caramel Holiday Cookies

Ingredients:
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 roll sugar cookie dough
20 caramel candies
1 tbsp. water

Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix flour into the cookie dough and knead it until smooth.
2. Now roll the bits of cookie dough into about 1/2 inch balls. Keep them on a non-stick cookie sheet and press them slightly. Then bake for around 10-12 minutes.
3. After removing the balls, let them cool off on a cooling rack or a large plate.
4. Place the candies after unwrapping them in a microwave-safe bowl in water. Heat it for 30 seconds or until it’s smooth. Stir the mixture and remove it from the microwave.
5. Pour a little of this caramel mixture on the back of each cookie and keep another cookie on top.
6. Sandwich cookies are ready to be served.

4. Snowflake Tortilla

Ingredients:
Flour Tortillas
Oil

Preparation:
1. Warm the tortillas a little in the microwave to make them flexible. After that, just like you cut out paper snowflakes, make snowflakes shapes from flour tortillas.
2. Pour very little oil in a pan and fry the tortilla until crisp.
3. You can top it with powdered sugar, apply butter or cinnamon and sugar.
