Some cotton clothes might last longer when they are dipped in starch and dried for some time. You don’t have to apply starch after every wash, but doing it once in a while may help your cotton clothes to last longer.
6. Ironing
High setting has to be used while ironing cotton clothes because they wrinkle a lot! So be extra careful while ironing your cotton clothes, and don’t leave them unattended even for a second.
7. Storing
Cotton clothes are loved like crazy by moths. So store your cotton clothes in a clean and dry place. Use moth repellents, if possible. And keep checking your wardrobe for any moth intrusion every now and then. If you are not using any specific cotton cloth for a long period of time, make sure you take it out and leave it in open air for sometime at least.
