7 Ways to Curb Your Late Night Eating Habit
5. Distract yourself by doing something else
If you are craving to eat anything late at night, try to distract yourself. Do something that would keep your hands and mind busy. Either solve a crossword puzzle, read any interesting article or book or take a stroll.
6. Don’t stay up late at night
It’s better to sleep early, especially an hour or so after your dinner. When you’re satiated, you can catch on a good night’s sleep. Also, it does not give you any opportunity to binge on anything.
7. Don’t stock up your fridge with rich and high calorie products
It’s better to only have fresh fruits, veggies, milk and nuts rather than having candy bars, chips or deep fried snacks in your kitchen. If you don’t have it, you won’t be tempted.
