7 Ways to Add Vegetables to Your Diet
Veggies and fruits are important as they are rich in essential nutrients and vitamins. It is a must to include two portions of veggies in your daily diet. 1. Be creative
Use veggies in different creative recipes. Make dips out of carrots and broccoli. Blend it up with yogurt to get a great taste. Use celery and green veggies to make a spread. 2. Juice it up
No time to have veggies because of busy schedule? Have it in the form of juice. Blend veggies along with fruits to include it on a daily basis. 3. Grill the veggies
