7 Toughest Questions Interviewers Ask
5. What would you do if you see a coworker using her position as a woman to get ahead in her job?
They want to see your policy of interfering in someone else’s work, and how well defined your principles are in life. This is a tough one.
6. Describe an incident where you had to work with someone who did not do anything in the project and took most of the credit. How would you deal with such a situation?
They want to test your team abilities by asking you this question. They want to see how good a team player you are.
7. Would you rather lead or follow?
They want to see if you have it in you to get others to work with you, for you, under you!
There would of course be job specific questions, but they are not hard. These questions are hard because they force you to expose yourself to the interviewer. If you try to portray someone else, you panic and mess up. The best way to deal with such questions is to just be yourself, and be sure of yourself, and to remember that there is no right or wrong answer to these questions. If you deserve it, you will get the job.
