5. Set goals and stick to it
When you set a goal and are determined to achieve it, you will find that you procrastinate less. Nothing works miracles like a positive goal to stop procrastination. You can even try creating a fantasy world by looking at mundane tasks as goals to achieve or monsters to be vanquished.
6. If the task is too big, break it down
Do it in parts. When you try to tackle everything at the same time, you feel overpowered. Break in into doable small parts and create a work plan. You will not procrastinate anymore when the task at hand looks doable and interesting.
7. Get your priorities right
Know what needs to be done at what time and calculate the pros and cons of the things that you procrastinate. If something is challenging, do it first. Do difficult tasks when you are at your creative best and are completely awake and the rest when you can.
