This is just one example, but the fact remains that we surround ourselves with distractions when we are not completely focused.
3. Take adequate breaks
Burn out is a byproduct of non-stop work. When you work for long hours without a break, you get tired and will end up postponing g the task for a later time. But if you take regular breaks, you will finish the work on time and won’t feel completely burnt out at the end of it.
4. Find a comfortable place to work
Work in a place that you find comfortable. If you are not able to work from home, then a park or a coffee place could work for you. Also in an office, work in a place where there is less distraction. Choose a place that is away from the cafeteria or from friends when you are concentrating.
