5. Pause and reflect

Most times we don’t even realize that we experienced a certain emotion. This holds true mainly in case of negative emotions. We are in such a hurry that we don’t realize we just felt sad or angry. The secret is to things slowly, pause and reflect on what you feel.

6. Breathe in silence

Find a corner that gives you peace and breathe slowly and calmly. Once your mind calms down you will automatically start to evaluate and analyze the feelings that made you feel angry in the first place.

7. Vent out literally

When you are feeling angry or depressed or any such feeling that makes you feel uncomfortable just vent out. Scream as loud as you can, hit the punching bag or pillow and once your anger is out think with a calm mind.
