You may not realize the increasing levels of fatigue while you multitask, but it will dawn upon you when you go to bed. You can stop multitasking and pace your activities if you are not in a hurry. A significant reason to stop multitasking is when you are trying to be like other women who multitask successfully. Are you comparing yourself to your efficient boss? Do you want to be like your sister who flawlessly manages her home, work and social life? Quit multitasking if you are trying to be like someone else because every person has a different pace and style of doing things.

Multitasking is not a good idea if you are rubbing your stress over to other people. If you can’t handle the pressures of multitasking, you have no right to ruffle other people’s feathers because of it. This is a good reason for you to stop multitasking.
