Women who reduce the number of cigarettes they smoke from 10-12 say to 2-3 per day, consider it good enough. Well it is not. Smoking in any amount is harmful.

6. It only harms

If any of you women out there think that when you smoke it only harms you, you are mistaken. People around you suffer more than you think. The smoke you inhale is what they passively intake and are thus exposed to danger.

7. Quitting smoking is easy

Many women deny that they are chain smokers. They always say I can quit any time I want but never really do.
