Even mothers with single children are given the advice to catch up on sleep when their kid is asleep. But this advice is most relevant to women who are raising twins. Your twins are likely to take up most of your day leaving no time to rest or sleep. And if you don’t get the required amount of sleep in a day, you may also start losing your health, which you cannot afford to. Even if you are not feeling sleepy, lie down when your twins are napping. This is the only way you will be able to rest.

When you are raising twins, it is important for you to set your own priorities right. You will not be able to manage everything that you want to do. So you have to decide what you want to let go. This could be your job, your TV time or keeping the house clean regularly. You have to stop struggling to be a superwoman and do everything perfectly when you are raising twins.
