Many times in life, we go on leading our lives and live on a daily basis without really knowing about ourselves. It is important that we heal out inner selves if we are trying to be a better person or just live in peace with ourselves and the rest of the world. 1. Let go of the bad feelings you have for others
One of the first things you need to do to heal your inner self is to let go of any negative feelings that you have for others in your life. Negativity in your life will only make your existence miserable. You feeling bad about something and incubating those feeling will not really help you or those around you.
2. Meditate
It does not have to be yoga. It can be just the basic breathing exercises, a little prayer or just closing your eyes for a few minutes every day to calm your mind. When you meditate, try not to let your thoughts wander. If you can do this successfully for a few minutes every day, this is the next step to heal your inner self.

Exercise not only helps in keeping you healthy physically but also is a great help when it comes to healing your inner self. When you run, walk or do any physical activity, you also release the worries and the stress that you have built within you.
