Such activities also help them draw up a schedule which includes healthy snack time, home work and dinner and more importantly keep them glued off the TV.
5. Hiking on the weekend
You can go for hiking on weekends with the family, have a picnic, a small campfire, sing songs and just have a great time bonding together. Exploring the forests, hiking spots can be a refreshing experience.
6. Skating in the parks
Most cities have skating rings in the parks where not just the children but even adults take their skating gear and spend hours in the ring, learning to perfect the art. It’s a great exercise and also helps you warm up a little before having a cup of well-deserved hot chocolate.
