A workout session can be strenuous at times. To make it more enjoyable, put your music player or iPod in the bag. Listen to all your favorite songs in the play list. This makes your session fun.
5. Snacking items
You might experience extreme tiredness after a workout session or might also feel dehydrated after a workout. Stock up on some snacking items like protein or energy bars in the gym bag. If you feel weak after a workout, take it out from the bag and have some. Stocking up on energy bars might also help, if a person feels weak and lethargic.
6. After shower products
Put some after shower products like a deodorant or makeup products in your gym bag. After a workout, when you have a shower, all these products come handy. You can even put a body lotion and moisturizer in the bag.
