Go to a spa, or your favorite salon, and get a “mani-pedi” and a haircut, and whatever it is that always gets that smile on your face. Indulge; let others work on you to make you even prettier than you already are. Enjoy the luxuries and smile!
5. Create
Write, sing, paint, cook – whatever it is that is your creative outlet is, do it! Create. Channel all your energies that you have to create something magnificent. When you see how wonderful it is that you created, you will be automatically happy.
6. Work out
You want that hot body, don’t you? Why don’t utilize the not-so-amazing feeling that you have right now and put it through and work out? By the end of it, you will definitely be feeling happier than when you started; exhausted, yes; but happy indeed.
