An awesome idea to make a Halloween sleepover super fun for kids is to organize a Halloween bonfire. Use the open space in your backyard where kids can collect wood and light a fire under your supervision. Get them to sing traditional Halloween songs and dance in scary way around the bonfire. As parents, you can also dress up in Halloween costumes and scare kids when they are around the bonfire.

Add pizzazz to your Halloween sleepover by involving kids in a mask painting competition. Order blank masks that you can get all the kids to wear. Give bottle of paints, brushes and crayons to everyone and ask them to paint each others’ masks with different spooky motifs of Halloween. Once they complete painting, you can reward the winners. Kids will have fun wearing their own creations when they step out for trick-or-treating.
