4. Clean out your kitchen:

Binging is the worst thing you could do when on a diet, and it is one of those things that makes sticking to a diet really hard. So clear out your kitchen of all the food that is not on your diet plan, and you will have eliminated chances of going off of your plan.

5. Allow yourself one exception per month:

If you mess up and break all the rules on one particular day, that is okay. But allow yourself only one such day in a month!

6. Form diet buddies:

It makes sticking to a diet much easier. Just get people around you to go on a diet as well. That way, you can keep a check on each other.

Do not think of going on a diet as putting restrictions on yourself, think of it as wearing certain types of clothes. Think about the wonders it will do for you. Make diet your friend, and you will be able to stick to it.
