4. Stretching exercises

You can also do simple stretching exercises at home for your neck and extend your hand upwards and sideways standing up straight. You will be required to stand on your toes for doing the same.

If you live in a multi-stored apartment, perhaps on a higher floor, try not to take the elevator; unless you need to get somewhere urgently. In the mornings, run up and down the steps for a simple cardio workout.

You can also get a aerobics video tape or DVD or download Zumba dance videos. Watch and follow the same in the living room area when you have 1 hour for yourself. Make sure you are not disturbed at that time so that you have an uninterrupted full body workout.
