6 Characteristics of Extroverts
4. They are hardly alone
You are least likely to find extroverts alone at any time. If they are alone, either they are sick or they are very bored. They always need to be around people because they draw energy from the outside and not from within, unlike introverts.
5. They love public speaking
They are very good at speaking in public. While an introvert may think a hundred times before making a statement in public, an extrovert will speak his/her mind without even pausing to think twice. Though it makes them popular very fast, it might also sometimes backfire on them if anything they say is inappropriate.
6. They make excellent team members/leaders
Since they love crowds and are highly confident about being the center of attention in social and public gatherings, they make excellent team members. They interact with all members of the team and develop a rapport with all of them easily. Due to their good oratory skills, they also make good leaders.
Extroverts perform extremely well in fields which involve working in a community or as a team – like business groups and political groups. They seek public attention and company all the while and are thus very friendly and mostly high fliers.
