6 Activities For A Fun Spring Break
4. Take as many rides as you can
Spring breaks and rides go hand in hand. Banana boats, para sailing, surfing, etc. Get your hands on any ride the place has to offer. Get your adrenaline pumping and enjoy your spring break to the max. No vacation is complete without some adventure activities and spring break deserves a bit of it too. Take some time off alcohol for a few hours and hit the waters to do as many rides as you can. If you don’t have budget constraints, hire a boat and go wake-boarding. You get the message, don’t you? Pump in some adventure into your spring break.
5. Take timeouts
Spring break action hits you quicker than a bullet. Days will go by before you bat an eyelid. I suggest that you take timeouts in between and grab your moments of solace. I always carry my iPod and load it with some of my favorite tracks. My timeouts can be a quick walk on the beach at night, a quiet moment on the pier, or a quick nap away from all the noise. I reckon that you do this too. It will pep you up for the next round of partying!
6. Take gardening lessons
Sounds strange? I thought of the same thing when my mum suggested it to me. But trust me, by the end of the week, I was bowled over. It’s simple, sign up for classes at your local botanical gardens. The instructors there have a great way of introducing you to the varieties of flowers that grow in spring. And yes – spring is the perfect time to do this because that’s when the flowers bloom. You’ll enjoy this unusual way of spending spring break. And you’ll also have stuff to tell your friends when you get back to school.
There you go. You can do tons in all the precious time that you get in your spring break. Visit friends, reconnect with family, go to the beach and indulge in exciting activities. But also remember to add in an activity from which you can learn something new!
