5 Ways to Remove Hair Dye
4. Use detergent and dish wash gel
It might sound weird but it is true that if you mix a quarter spoon of cloth detergent or the same amount of dish wash gel to your shampoo and use that mixture to wash your hair, the tough hair dye will be off in no time. If you use a dandruff removing shampoo instead of the regular shampoo with the cloth detergent or dish wash gel , then the result would be faster still. But, this method must not be used frequently. It is best to use warm and cold water to wash hair and then use a good conditioner to rinse your hair.
5. Use Vitamin C tablets and water to remove the hair dye
Crush a few vitamin C tablets and add water to them. Make a paste. The paste should be enough to cover your scalp. This works best for dyes that take a long time, like 30 washes, to go. This paste should be left for at least 30 minutes and then removed with warm water. Wash your hair then the way you do regularly. The difficult dye would then go after 8-10 washes.
