Lose those extra pounds, get a haircut, use them cosmetics that you keep on buying, and follow a fitness regimen. Fitting into that size six or less dress will make you love yourself!

5. Detox!

Surround yourself with everything bright, happy, and positive. People who over criticize you, people who make you feel inadequate, a place that makes you feel crappy about yourself -avoid them; or find the strength to fight back. Avoiding them would conserve your energy for the greater good, and fighting back would increase your toughness! Either way, your confidence meter will rise!

Who you want to be is entirely up to you; you can be anyone once you know who that is! Go figure!
