4. Wear a scarf

Many women style their hair and don’t want to spoil it by coiling the strands into a bun or braid. What you can do instead, is secure your hair with a scarf or bandana. You can wrap the scarf around the length of your hair, leaving the crown. This will take care of your hair without flattening it out. A regular visit to the hairstylist would be a good option too.

5. Make sure your hair bands are clean

Head bands, bandanas or scarf whatever you use, make sure they are clean. Do use a mild detergent to keep your hair from being damaged by chemicals.
