4. Use your charm
With your natural innate charm, try to win them over. Tell them how this is the first time that you are hearing of such a grievance and how it is possible that there was some miscommunication. Charm their socks off!
5. Ignore
If you have tried to play nice, even if you were not at fault, and the client is more pain than pleasure, simply ignore the complaints, and if he/she threatens to let go of your firm, so be it. Work is not supposed to be all that negative, because in this case, the client sounds like more of a liability than an asset!
Come what may, you are bound to run into some clients who will always be unhappy, and always find faults in the product/work you do. The good news is, not all of them will be like that! Don’t let a few bad cases frustrate you out!
