4. Use shimmer
Fuller lips are best seen when you use shimmer along with your lipstick. Apply shimmer on both the lips at the end of your makeup. See that it matches with the shimmer on your eyes or cheeks. Avoid using too much on the lips. It should be just enough.
5. Do not overdo it
The size of your lips should decide how much fuller you want them to look. If you overdo the makeup, it might make you look very different from what you want to. It might even put your spirits down. Initially, choose a shade of lipstick that is very near to your original lip color. Apply gloss just in the middle of your lips to see how it looks. Then use a lip-liner and extend the lipstick area.
