5. Maintain your mommy friend circle

It is very important to stay in touch with the friends you made during your maternity, prenatal care programs and other sessions. These new mommies would be going through the same phase and experience. Try to be in touch, make plans with them. This would help you to socialize, get tips, share experiences and they would be able to help you if ever you are in any problem.
