4. Mr. Straight Faced
Mr.Straight Faced would be none other than Ted. He plays the main protagonist in the show. Ted is this extremely romantic guy at heart and wants to have a love story that is near to perfection. He also wants to get married one day and have children of his own. Being hurt by parents who often lied to him about their divorce, Ted decides that when he has kids of his own, he is going to tell them every single detail of how he meets their mother. That is how this series begins.
5. The Womanizer and the Tomboy
The Womanizer refers to Barney. He is well known for his sarcastic humor. In fact, most of the lines that he uses are worth writing down, because they are just so funny. As for the Tomboy aka Robin is concerned, she is known for her witty sense of humor. She is not the kind of lady who would behave like a lady all the time. In fact, even her dressing sense is more or less like a guy. But when it is required, Rob knows how to switch and work her charm on men.
