4. You feel that you are out of the loop
If you just can’t get rid of the feeling that you are being kept out of the loop and you do not find out about things happening in the company until you absolutely need the information, then it is because that is probably true. Know that you will only be cut out of all the communications if they want to fire you.
5. Your feedback is constant and indifferent
Your feedback is generic in nature, without any references to you. You do not get appraisals and increments, and the way you behave in the organization does not matter. When this is how you are treated, it is a sign that you are about to get fired.
