4. You drink a lot

If you drink a lot and do not pass out, you will find out that you have a lot of trouble sleeping. As a result you would either keep tossing in your bed the whole night or resort to further drinking. Drink in moderation if you want to sleep well during the night.

5. You do not exercise enough

Sometimes you just cannot close your eyes at night if you have not had enough exercise. There might be no other reason than the fact that your body is not tired enough and sleep is just not an option. In such cases, go for a jog or a run or do some small simple exercises at home.

Sleep is very important to have a normal functioning day. Sleep not only interferes with your physical condition, but also messes up your appetite and causes some very bad mood swings. So look out for the reasons that is not letting you to sleep well and do stuff that would let you sleep well.
