Women in the modern world are given opportunities but how many reach the highest positions in offices? It is a question that remains unanswered in most parts of the world. If she does reach there, how long does she remain there? Aren’t there problems that she faces which a man might not otherwise? There are hardly any countries who have a lot of women leaders paving the way. Here feminism is relevant.
5. Women have not achieved quality rights
The modern world shows woman empowerment but that is to just a particular class of women. More often than not, women are just treated as showpieces. A woman has to keep her figure nice to accompany her husband to a party, she has to work hard to throw a party for her man’s friends, she is one who must look her best, she is the one who is responsible if the kids are not doing well, she is the one who has to work day in and out to keep things going smooth in the family. Feminism is still relevant as quality rights have yet not been achieved. We still have a long way to go.
