5 Home Remedies for Migraine
4. Hydrate
Dehydration can make the pain worse. Your immediate step, when your migraine starts to settle in, should be to drink a lot of water that will hydrate your body and ease out the stress.
5. Head Massage
A nice head massage with coconut oil, or even a dry massage is quite helpful in relieving you of pain. Go to a salon to get one done, or you can ask someone at home to do it for you. For some people, pressing hard on the temples during the massage can help a lot in reducing the pain and tension.
Needless to say, if your migraine problem occurs very frequently, then you need to consult a doctor, who may advise you to go for certain tests. In some cases, even an eye test is required to see if your number has increased and if you need new spectacles, as a blurred vision too can increase your pain. However, these home remedies should be good to at least get decent amount of relief before you can sleep and rest out your body to get rid of the pain completely.
