Known as a healthy substitute for butter, margarine is good as long as it is soft and does not contain trans fat. Trans fat in margarine is very harmful for your heart and can cause heart diseases and aggravate heart problems.

5. Vegetable juice

The truth about vegetable juices is that they often contain very high amounts of sodium which is harmful for the body. Low sodium vegetable juice should be preferred if it is absolutely not feasible to eat full or cooked vegetables.

6. Instant oatmeal

Oatmeal, undoubtedly, is a very healthy diet food as it is high in fiber and also helps to reduce carbohydrates. But instant oatmeal contains artificial sugars and ends up adding more calories to your body and does not provide protein or fiber.
