4. Exercise Regularly

As older people are more prone to having a fall and may suffer from imbalance or not enjoy sound physical health, even a little exercise for at least two days in a week will benefit them; this could include slow dancing, cycling on even ground, playing doubles, walking briskly or practicing yoga. For those of you who are medically fit, a half-hour activity each day comprising of jogging, swimming, fast cycling, doing aerobics and doing muscle-strengthening exercises is recommended. However, check with your doctor before embarking on any exercise regimen.

5. Sleep Well

It’s important that you catch a good night’s sleep of seven-eight hours daily, which will lead to a healthier life.
