You can also involve your friends’ or neighbors’ families in your fun reading activities. Plan a reading night with families. Choose a theme for the night based on the books you all have. Let everyone come dressed up as various characters from the books. Choose a book and read aloud together or in pairs.

Visit the library at least once a week. Make it seem like a fun family outing. Pack your lunch bags, and set off to the library. Together with your children, pick books on various topics. Now drive down to a park or nice picnic spot and enjoy reading the books with the nature surrounding you.
