5 Causes of Acne Rosacea

Acne rosacea is a skin disease that affects areas of face. It appears like normal acne that affects the blush areas leaving pink or red patches, tiny broken blood vessels and cyst like structures that may contain puss. It is unfortunately a non-curable disease but can be controlled with proper care and medication. A regular acne erupts during adolescent age gets cured over a period of time but not acne rosacea. It generally affects fair skinned people. Here are some causes of acne rosacea.

1. Extreme exposure to sun

Adult acne or acne rosacea affects adults who have excess exposure to sun. It is one of the most common causes of this kind of acne and it aggravates if not taken care of. Too much of dryness in the skin or too much of sweat over untreated skin in the sun also causes rosacea.

2. Excess stress

People who are stressed all the time for various reasons, can become victims of acne rosacea. Stress increases blood pressure, thereby causing the skin to thicken, and the blood vessels to bloat up causing redness on the skin. Light spots on the face can be cured by a dermatologist but if conditions worsen, it can turn into an incurable acne. Even exercises must be done only according to instructions as excess strain to the body could also cause rosacea.

3. Genetic causes

It is a hereditary disease. It goes down generations whether the skin is exposed to sun or not and whether the person is suffering from other diseases like hypertension or not. In such cases, it begins from teenage and remains forever.
