2. Pasta and Chicken Salad
a. Get a packet of pasta and cook as per the instructions. It is a good idea to get whole wheat pasta.
b. Once the pasta is cooked, rinse it in cold water.
c. Now you can chop some zucchini and add to the pasta.
d. Then, add some peas and tomatoes.
e. Sprinkle some red pepper on top.
f. Add chicken breast to the bowl and mix the ingredients.
g. Mix a bit of buttermilk and yogurt and add a few spoons of it over the salad.
h. Now slightly toss the salad in the air so that everything gets mixed properly. The salad is ready!
3. Healthy Pancakes
a. Get some whole wheat flour and whisk it along with some baking soda, salt and baking powder.
b. Take another bowl and add some beaten eggs, buttermilk and honey.
c. Now add the above mixture to the flour and mix so that no lumps are formed.
d. Keep aside the batter for a few minutes.
e. Take a non-sticky pan and let it heat on medium flame for some time.
f. Now pour half a cup of batter on the pan and spread it evenly.
g. Let the batter cook until bubbles begin to appear on it.
h. Turn over the pancake to the other side and cook for 2 minutes. Hot pancakes ready to be eaten.
