2. Shortcake with Yogurt and Berries

Ingredients:
200 grams plain flour, 1 tbsp sugar (low cal), 2 1/2 tsp baking powder, 30 grams melted butter, 180 ml milk, salt, strawberries, and yogurt.

Method:
In a bowl, mix baking powder, sugar, flour, and salt. Add the melted butter and mix well until it looks like crumbs. Add milk and knead the mixture till the dough is smooth. Now, roll the mixture and cut it into squares. In a flat baking tray, place these squares and bake for about twelve to fifteen minutes. Do not forget to preheat the oven.

When it turns golden brown, plate it. Now, chop the strawberries into small pieces. Place the strawberry pieces on the prepared shortcake and top it with yogurt. Use Greek yogurt if possible. Two layers can be made from yogurt and strawberry. Enjoy!

3. Fruit Salad with Yogurt

It is a simple recipe. Use fruits of your choice such as apples, blueberries, strawberries, and grapes. Chop all the fruits and add it to a bowl of yogurt. Add some vanilla extract and honey in yogurt for taste. This is an instant diabetic friendly dessert, which can be prepared in minutes.
