2014 Golden Globe Award Winners You Must Watch
The 71st annual Golden Globe Awards are over with all the nervousness, anxiety and winning speeches. But, the unusual thing this year was excitement of the award winners and their contributions. Listed below are some award winners you must watch.
1. American Hustle
‘American Hustle’ won the best motion picture award at the event. It was indeed a strong contender as it was way ahead by seven nominations for the Golden Globe. The movie dominated on the awards front. Amy Adams won the best actress while Jennifer Lawrence won the best supporting actress award for the movie. This movie becomes a must watch after so many awards, right?
2. Leonardo DiCaprio
This man never fails to impress. He won the best actor for ‘The Wolf of Wall Street’. He also received lots of critical acclaim for his role in the movie. This is Leo’s second golden globe award. He had received the first one for the movie ‘Aviator’. His tenth nomination proved lucky for him.
3. Frozen
‘Frozen’ won the best animated movie award at the Golden Globe! There were three other movies besides ‘Frozen’ in the animated movies category. Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck got emotional on receiving the award. What worked for the movie was the visual effect. Kids loved the movie and made it the most popular one amongst other nominated movies in this category.
