6. Soft drinks
Soda – the prime ingredient in every soft drink is just another case of empty calories. There are 30g of sugar in a 350ml Coke, so imagine the amount you consume in a year. We are sure it goes beyond 50 liters. What’s more? Soda can also lead to osteoporosis, heart diseases, tooth decay, obesity and diabetes. Now, do you want more of soda with your food? We think not.
7. Processed milk
Stay as far as possible from processed milk. It does nothing to improve your health and lots to degrade it. For instance, the pasteurization process it undergoes denatures the protein, destroys all digestive enzymes and vitamins, decreases the availability of minerals and makes the fat rancid. The fat and protein is further rendered indigestible due to the homogenization.

So whatever you pick – pork, turkey, chicken dogs or beef – all these include nothing but animal organs, bone pieces, nerve tissue and a variety of other dangerous parts. Moreover, these animals were not given private shelters to relax. Their shelters are the dirtiest and most unhygienic places, sometimes breeding with disease too. If you need something more to think about, then their fat and sodium content will make you go dizzy.
10. Fried foods
If you don’t want a heart attack or the risk of cancer, then better stay miles away from all kinds of fried food which includes fried chicken, French fries and onion rings. That’s because all fried foods are brimming with saturated fat which raises the level of your LDL (bad) cholesterol.
