6. Earn respect, not popularity
Let me warn you ladies – there is a clear distinction between being ‘popular’ and being ‘respected’. If you are the popular one, it means that you are friendly and gel along very well with everyone at work. If you are respected, it means that you know your job and have the ability to get work done. Now that you know the difference, what would you prefer to be? Respected, of course! The pigs will usually stay away from doling out attitude to women who command respect in the office. In no way is the job more important than your respect – remember this and you should be fine.
7. Flirt a little
We are getting into dangerous waters here. Let me warn you that you should only attempt to do this if you are very confident and can carry out a game plan well. If not, be warned, it may backfire. A little bit of healthy flirting will work to your advantage. Now we all know that even the strongest of pigs will be unable to resist the charm of a beautiful woman. If you think you can be a little manipulative, be flirty with the pig. That way, you can start getting him to do you small favors. This will remind him who is actually in charge!
8. Men cannot handle women on top – Take advantage
If there is one thing that all men hate, including pigs, are women with authority. You may think ‘What’s the big deal?” But apparently it is a big no-no, especially for the pigs. If you are a manager, or manage the work of many subordinates, feel free to give a fiery verbal assault to a male subordinate if he has mucked up really bad. Why? Because the pigs who are monitoring your actions will know that you are a woman who spits fire. It’ll make them think twice before asserting dominance over the so-called ‘weaker sex’ again.
9. Push him down when he’s wrong
Ladies, this is your moment of glory so don’t let it go. It is usually a rare moment when the pig may accept his mistake in front of others, but there will surely be times when he is in a spot. Do not, and I repeat, do not let this golden opportunity go by to mock him or ridicule him. Mind you, don’t come out with claws drawn, make it look like a healthy ‘making fun of you’ type comment. This will surely bring him down to earth from his arrogant heavenly abode.
10. Pull a healthy office prank on him
We all like to pull pranks in the office, don’t we? Well why not pull a prank on the pig? I’ll tell you what we did to the pig in our office. We made one of my friends, who has a sexy voice by the way, call him on his work number again and again to ask him out for a mysterious date. It was funny as hell to see the look on the pig’s face as he desperately tried to find out who was the mystery caller. The idea behind this exercise is to put the pig outside his comfort zone. It is probably the best way to let him know that we can ride him into the dirt if we want.
