6. Thanksgiving Memories (Season 5, Episode 8 )
“Do you remember the Thanksgiving episode Betty?”, asked Gemma. “This is so telepathic Gemma. I was just going to mention that one”, exclaimed Betty. “The gang reminisces about their previous wacky thanksgivings. Chandler and Ross get emotional but thanks to Phoebe and Joey, stories of Joey with the turkey head resurface to bring the fun back on”, added Betty. “Yeah, even I think this was one with some of the greatest moments on the series” said Gemma.
7. The Apothecary Table (Season 6, Episode 11)
“There’s another episode of the apothecary table that has a collection of some great moments ever on F.R.I.E.N.D.S”, said Gemma. “The one that I’m talking about is when Rachel picks up a lot of items from Pottery Barn and Phoebe just hates them because they’re not antique and don’t have any history. Rachel keeps on lying about them until Phoebe finds out”, she describes. “I know, that was so much fun”, said Betty.
8. Brad Pitt and the high school rumor (Season 8, Episode 9)
“Hey Gemma, do you like that episode when Brad Pitt made a guest appearance?”, asked Betty. “Yeah, the one where Ross and Brad Pitt’s character confess that they used to spread rumors about Rachel being a hermaphrodite in high school, right?”, confirmed Betty. “Correct. This episode had some great moments, especially with Rachel. She was in for a shock of her life”, said Gemma.
9. When no one is ready (Season 3, Episode 2)
“Okay Betty. Gear yourself ready for a laugh riot. I’m about to tell you some great moments from an early season that I happened to see yesterday”, said Gemma, with a smile. “Tell me”, said Betty eagerly. “It’s the episode when Ross was going to take the gang out to an important event at the museum but no one was ready to go at the correct time. Chandler and Joey were having an argument about underwear, Phoebe’s new dress got splashed with a drink and Monica was freaking out because of a sudden message from an old boyfriend”, said Gemma. “Oh yes, it was such a comedy of errors. That episode does have some great moments”, confirmed Betty.
10. The finale (Season 10, Episode 18)
“I don’t want to talk about this Gemma, My eyes are already welling up thinking of all the amazing moments on this lovely show”, said Betty with a heavy voice. “Can you believe that that last two episodes made F.R.I.E.N.D.S the most watched TV show in the last 6 years and the 4th most watched series in America’s television history?”, said Gemma. “And why wouldn’t it be? Imagine all the greatest moments of the show culminating together. Rachel and Ross getting back together, Monica and Chandler adopting twins and moving to the countryside as they always wanted and so much more”, said Betty, tears streaming down her face.
