This can also be a great group task. Every person can create a two minute commercial marketing their strengths and qualities and present it in front of the others. This is a self realization exercise where you will have to delve deep within yourself to find your good points and the revelations will go a long way in building your self-esteem.
7. Be your own boss
The first thing you need to do to get over low self-esteem is to stand up on your own feet. Become financially independent and boast in the glory of the new found independence.
8. Create a vision board
Looking every day at the list of things you want to achieve will enable you to keep the negative thoughts at bay and prod you to work harder towards the realization of those dreams. And finally when you achieve them, it will build your self-esteem.
9. Follow your passion
Don’t stay idle. Take up something that you always wished to do, say salsa lessons. You will not only come across other people but it will also do a great deal of good to your self-esteem.
10. Go out
