1. Choose according to lips
It is important that you choose a lip liner that suits the shade of your lip color. If you apply a liner that does not go well with the color of your lips and shade, then it will not look good.
2. Start with your upper lips
Apply a sharp lip liner on the upper lip covering the whole portion. Apply gentle strokes for getting a perfect result. Sharpen the pencil before use. Always start with the outer corner of the lip and then bring the pencil to the center. Most women start with the center which does not give you a perfect stroke.
3. Line the lower lip
Be careful while applying a lip liner to the lower lip. Gently press the pencil to get a solid single stroke. Do not apply the pencil outside the lower lip area. Many women do that for making the lips appear bigger, but it does not look good.
