6. Let your eyes relax

You will feel the difference when you open your eyes. Another exercise is to rub your palms together and create heat, then place them on your eyes and don’t let any light in.

When you’re watching TV or staring at the computer screen for a long period of time, your eyes get strained and lose their flexibility, So don’t keep your eyes in one position for a long time.

Yes, that’s right. All you need to do is blink and give your eyes that supreme moment of rest. Blinking freshens up your eyes and keeps them focused longer. So blink your eyes every 3-4 seconds. This will also reduce your eye strain.

9. Wear sunglasses

Sunglasses protect your eyes from harmful UV rays and thus reduce the risk of cataract. Thus, wear sunglasses every time you step out of the house and shield your eyes from the harsh glare of the sun.
