5. Alcohol
Many people have the habit of having a glass of wine before retiring for the night. While initially it might induce you to sleep, but once the effects of alcohol wear off, you will have a very disturbed sleep for the rest of the night. Hence, it is better to drink in the evening – a safe couple of hours before bedtime.
6. Tomato
It is high in vitamin K and a very healthy food no doubt. But if you are an insomniac, it will do more harm than good to you as there is every possibility that you won’t be able to close your eyes for even a minute at night.
7. Caffeinated drinks
We are sure you already know how caffeinated drinks keep you awake but we still mention it just in case. Remember that coffee doesn’t provide you any energy, it just acts as a stimulant and keeps you awake. So don’t just go guzzling mugs of coffee while avoiding all other food.
