7 Health Tips for Women in Their 30s

5. Sleep Well

It may be difficult to get a sound sleep at night when you have little kids who don’t follow any particular routine, but try to sleep properly for at least seven hours every day. Breathing deeply and slowly helps to bring down stress.

6. Be Aware of your Family’s Medical History

It would help your doctor/gynaecologist to treat you better if you know whether there is any family history of diabetes, cardiovascular problems, diseases that compromise the immune system or any other debilitating illness.

7. Go for Screening Tests

Go for the annual Pap smear tests and any tests that your gynaecologist/physician asks you to take; it will be in your best interest as well as for your unborn baby.
