Since Kevin has already left for China, he is adopted by Kevin’s friend Sonny Koufax (Adam Sandler), a good-for-nothing slob who claims the kid as his son to impress his girlfriend (Kristy Swanson). An all-round decent movie with cute and funny bits thrown in the mix.
2. Billy Madison
Billy wastes his life away in the face of his father’s immense fortune, until his father throws him a challenge. The challenge is to retake grades 1 through 12 and win his father’s respect and the Madison Hotel franchise. An enjoyable movie, especially for Sandler fans.
3. The Wedding Singer
Robbie Hart (Adam Sandler)and Julia Sullivan (Drew Barrymore) are both engaged. Robbie finds himself dumped at the altar while Julia is about to make the biggest mistake of her life by getting married to the lying and cheating, Glenn Gulia (Matthew Glave). Robbie and Julia meet at a wedding reception and their friendship develops into an attraction for each other.
4. The Waterboy
A mama’s boy releases a wave of pent-up frustration when Coach Klein allows him to run out with the boys he serves water to. This turns him into a beast, and makes him capable to channelize his anger on the football field.
