4. Meet your friends and family very often

Go out and get a life! Try and start meeting your friends and family often. Don’t chat with them all month on the internet. Leave your desk and take some time out to meet your dear ones.

5. Plan your day

Make a daily schedule and write it on paper. Assign time slots for watching TV, household chores, workout, reading, cooking, etc. Also, take out some time to go to a park with your friends. This will leave you with much lesser time for the internet.

6. Go for a vacation

Give yourself a break and go for a vacation with your friends. Staying out of touch from the internet will be weird for you initially but you will enjoy the time eventually. Make sure you don’t access internet from your phone or a cyber cafe.
