4. Sleep well
In the joyous party mood during this time of the year, we often tend to skip our sleep schedule and party all night. Not a good idea! Sleep is definitely the most effective way to fight exhaustion. Hence, no matter how much fun you have all day and all evening, stick to a minimum of 6 hours sleep every night.
5. Lend a hand
The holiday season isn’t just about having selfish fun. It is about making sure that everyone around you has at least a bit fun; even the not so fortunate people. Get involved in some voluntary work for social services, such as going to old age homes or orphanages and helping them out there. Such kind of work makes you feel good, due to the release of endorphins and in turn makes you happy and keeps you energized.
